The No Doc loan or line of credit solves the problem of showing little or negative income on your personal taxes.

Its a stated income product meaning you tell us what your income is. Its not proven or verified. Very useful for the self employed.

Since it’s a stated income product, you don’t have to provide financial documents such as corporate or personal taxes, W2s, or pay stubs.

How Do We Qualify You for Financing?
